Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a multi-property portfolio. The role covers routine and cosmetic maintenance, ground care, and on-site service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Compensation includes benefits and an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas; assist in maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in on-call emergencies and ensure safety and compliance.
• Enforce community policies and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
