FirstService Residential in Miami, FL is seeking a Jr. Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of an ultra-luxury high-rise condominium.

The successful candidate will take ownership of assignments, communicate professionally, and complete projects with sound judgment. You will interact daily with Board Members, residents and vendors, prepare correspondence and reports, and coordinate multiple priorities in a luxury service environment with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site manager experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• CAM certification by the State of Florida preferred.
• Strong customer service principles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Communicate professionally and follow projects through to completion.
• Interact daily with Board Members, residents, guests, contractors and vendors.
• Prepare professional correspondence, Board reports, meeting materials and updates.
• Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organization.
