Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success managing sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Based on-site, South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA.
