Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to boutique performance.
• Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and events.
• Accurately process sales transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Assist with receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Participate in opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
