Job summary

Tourneau/Bucherer in Costa Mesa is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Store Director in driving sales growth, profitability and store standards. You will build a high-performing team, deliver hospitality and cultivate long-term client relationships founded on trust.

You will coach Client Advisors, oversee operations, brand training and clienteling via CRM, and partner with the Boutique Manager to drive regional objectives and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Prior watch and fine jewelry experience is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through strategic plans and market penetration aligned with goals.
• Lead, coach and develop Client Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee store operations, including hospitality, inventory, merchandising and visuals.
• Manage store budget and profitability, ensuring financial performance.
• Maintain brand standards and clienteling via CRM.
• Collaborate with Boutique Manager and corporate partners on initiatives.
