Qualifications

5+ years of store management experience in luxury setting.
College degree or equivalent experience and strong digital literacy.
Proven ability to build and empower teams with excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to mediate and resolve customer or staff concerns and maintain service orientation.
Foreign language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and coach associates to achieve and exceed category and personal sales targets.
Support clienteling and drive new client acquisition and retention.
Manage store operations including daily reporting, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and compliance with retail procedures.
Support and implement visual merchandising standards and take action on sales trends to optimize presentation.
Handle customer issues and facilitate service solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
