Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retailer locations. You will perform installs, removals, maintenance, and on-site repairs while delivering strong customer support and education.

You will manage field calls, troubleshoot on-site hardware and software, and build lasting relationships with clients. The role requires driving, lifting, and occasional after-hours work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Understanding of and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Promptly respond to customer and leadership requests and feedback.
• Self-starter with motivation and organization.
• Multitasking and time management abilities.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to minimize customer downtime.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability; overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift/move 35–50 pounds and occasional ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations, including installs, removals, and maintenance.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all equipment.
• Communicate value of services and match products to customer needs.
• Perform field repair functions with minimal supervision; manage vehicle usage per guidelines.
• Record service calls and report data and recommendations to management.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure first-time resolution where possible.
• Occasionally assist in training of new team members.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
