Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations on-site, including installs, removals and preventive maintenance of equipment. You will train customers and troubleshoot a range of communication hardware and POS devices while maintaining detailed service logs.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to travel to multiple locations, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck and pass background/drug tests.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, installation, relocation and repairs at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide training and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot communication hardware and POS equipment.
• Record service data, logs, and report issues; maintain vehicle logs; travel as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; handle weekend/evening availability.
