Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, drivers, and carriers and route them appropriately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Assist with shipment status updates and basic documentation questions.
• Perform accurate data entry for shipments, appointments, and records.
• Review shipment paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
