Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers, oil companies, and railroad.
• Check trucks in/out, ensure paperwork, and enter data in the system.
• Maintain on-site railcar inventories and coordinate movements with railroads.
• Prepare bills of lading for outbound railcars.
• Conduct safety briefings for visitors and customers.
• Provide customers with inventory and movement reports.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and support operations with colleagues.
