Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a company location across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax guidance to both in-person and virtual clients, while collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, driving local growth and building a client base.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and clear tax guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
