Job summary

Weber State University is seeking an LMS and Digital Accessibility Support Supervisor to manage the LMS support desk and accessibility services for faculty, staff, and students using Canvas, eTutoring, online assessments, and accessible digital content.

The role requires a mix of technical troubleshooting, supervision, and project coordination within an on-site campus lab environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
One year of computer troubleshooting experience in a call center environment.
One year of supervising a small to mid-size team of entry-level staff.
One year of experience with project management for a small team using project management software.
Experience navigating web and mobile applications in an educational environment.
Experience as an online student and/or online faculty.
Experience authoring and remediating digital content to be compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Responsibilities

Oversees the LMS support desk and digital accessibility services to support faculty, staff, and students in their use of e-learning technologies (Canvas, eTutoring, online assessment, and digital file accessibility).
