Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of library experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in learning new technology and platforms.
• Experience with online learning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online learning resources (Canvas, guides, tutorials, FAQs, video content).
• Review content for accuracy, usability, and alignment with priorities; coordinate updates with owners.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive experiences for users.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve resources and services.
• Provide virtual reference via library chat.
• Create training resources for staff.
• Support library UX priorities through initiatives.
