Weber State University is seeking a part-time student employee to support the Canvas Learning Management System and assist with accessibility remediation for documents, working with Library and Testing Centers.

This pool position offers hands-on training, requires current student status, basic computer skills, and strong customer service; hours are 15–25 per week, fall schedule, and pay is $12.00 per hour.

Formación

• Must be a current Weber State University student to apply.
• Requires basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Windows and Mac OS, and browsers).
• Ability to learn from written and oral instructions; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized support for the Canvas LMS and collaborate with Library and Testing Centers to support digital learning and testing environments.
• Remediate documents for Accessibility purposes and assist Faculty, Students, and Staff via phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-ins.
