Job summary

Weber State University is seeking an LMS and Digital Accessibility Support Supervisor to manage the LMS support desk and digital accessibility services for faculty, staff, and students. The role focuses on Canvas, eTutoring, online assessments, and accessible digital content, ensuring compliant delivery of e-learning resources.

The position is on-site in Lampros Hall with a 40-hour workweek in a 12-month schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
One year of computer troubleshooting experience in a call center environment.
One year of supervising a small to mid-size team of entry-level staff.
One year of experience with project management for a small team using project management software.
Experience navigating web and mobile applications in an educational environment.
Experience as an online student and/or online faculty.
Experience authoring and remediating digital content to be compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the LMS support desk and digital accessibility services.
Support faculty, staff, and students in use of Canvas, eTutoring, online assessment, and digital file accessibility.
Coordinate with a small team to ensure timely, accurate support and service delivery.
