Alternate work schedule | This is a on-site position which manages a support lab and an accessibility desk in Lampros Hall. The Supervisor is expected to be on-site and in the lab during regular business hours, 8a-5p M-Th, and 8a-4:30p Friday. Benefits such as wellness time may be offered after successful completion of 6-month probationary period. All paid benefits that include time away from the office, such as wellness, must take place on-campus in order to ensure continued Canvas support operations. Remote work is only allowed in the case of an unplanned campus closure.

Job Summary/Basic Function | The LMS and Digital Accessibility Support Supervisor oversees the LMS support desk and digital accessibility services in order to support faculty, staff, and students in their use of e-learning technologies (Canvas, eTutoring, online assessment, and digital file accessibility).
Required Qualifications | Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience One year of computer troubleshooting experience in a call center environment One year of supervising a small to mid-size team of entry-level staff One year of experience with project management for a small team using project management software Experience navigating web and mobile applications in an educational environment Experience as an online student and/or online faculty Experience authoring and remediating digital content to be compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Preferred Qualifications | Preferred: Master’s degree in a technical or instructional design program 2+ years of experience staffing a lab, front desk, or technical support department (scheduling, performance reviews, wages, budgets) Familiarity with a student information system (Banner, Ellucian).

Annual salary for this position starts at $47,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.
