T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Hire to Retire Ops (HTR) to manage critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle, focusing on leaves and accommodations.

This on-site role supports the Overland Park, KS office with rigorous data integrity and compliant, high-quality service for employees and managers. You will work with Legal, Accounting, and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure an exceptional employee experience within a fast-paced service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems such as Workday, ADP Vantage, Kronos, or case management.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills across the HR lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR operational processes within Leave of Absence and Accommodations, including eligibility determinations and ADA coordination.
• Researches and evaluates moderately complex situations, interpreting policies and regulations to reach sound conclusions.
• Reviews operational data and audit results to identify discrepancies and inform improvements.
• Collaborates with Legal, Accounting, and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve issues and support cross-functional processes.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
