T-Mobile seeks a Leave of Absence Specialist (HTR) for its Magenta Service Center in Overland Park, KS. The role supports the employee lifecycle with HR operations, including leaves, accommodations, onboarding/offboarding, and data maintenance.

You will handle routine transactions, assist employees and managers, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliant service delivery. The position requires 0-2 years in customer service/administrative/HR support, familiarity with HR systems

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Process standard HR transactions within Hire to Retire function, including leaves and accommodations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and complete tasks within workflows to ensure consistent service.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on leave dates and employee payments during leave.
• Enter leave data and perform routine audits to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• Resolve leave-related issues including return-to-work and disability cases.
• Respond to routine inquiries from employees/managers and document interactions per SLAs.
• Assist with other duties/projects as assigned by management.
