Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an MSC HTR Ops Manager in Overland Park, KS, hybrid role. This senior individual contributor will lead HR operational programs, ensure compliance, and partner across Legal, Finance, and HR centers of excellence to optimize employee lifecycle services.

The role requires deep Workday HCM knowledge, program management expertise, and strong data-driven decision making to sustain scalable HR service delivery in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR operations or program management (Required)
• Advanced knowledge of HR processes and systems (Workday, Extend, Kronos/UKG) (Required)
• Deep expertise in one or more HTR functions including applicable laws and company policy (Required)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to compliance and risk (Required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels (Required)
• LEAN/Six Sigma or equivalent process-improvement knowledge (Required)

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination of enterprise HR programs and ensures cross-functional visibility
• Leads development and lifecycle management of complex HR operational programs
• Acts as functional authority for complex or high-risk operational matters
• Leverages Workday HCM expertise to administer and govern HR data
• Conducts operational assessments and drives process improvements and controls
• Represents HTR in enterprise initiatives and ensures requirements are reflected in projects
• Builds partnerships with Legal, Finance, and HR leaders to align strategy and outcomes
• Develops and delivers training and SOPs for HR teams and partners
