T-Mobile is seeking an Analyst, Hire to Retire Ops (HTR) for its Magenta Service Center in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliant, timely HR transactions and data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong HR systems knowledge (Workday, ADP Vantage, Kronos). On-site work 3 days/week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with HR operations and systems in a large organization.
• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR operational processes within Leave of Absence and Accommodations, including eligibility and ADA coordination.
• Research and resolve moderately complex policy-based issues with guidance for sensitive matters.
• Review operational data and audit results to identify discrepancies and improve practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve issues and support cross-functional processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
