T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist within the Hire to Retire Ops (HTR) team. The role handles HR transactions, leave and accommodation administration, and supports payroll and data maintenance while delivering accurate service.

You'll work on-site 3 days a week, interact with employees and managers, and help ensure compliant HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years in customer service, admin, or HR support.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems (Workday, ADP Vantage, Kronos, or case management).
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process standard HR transactions and leave/accommodation administration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to verify leave dates and payments.
• Enter leave data and perform routine audits; flag discrepancies.
• Manage inquiries and resolve complex leave-related issues.
• Respond to inquiries via service channels and document interactions.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
