Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify applicants, tour the community, and prepare leases, while maintaining strong customer service and data accuracy.

Roles include marketing outreach, market analysis, and compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements, with attention to resident satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions knowledge; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge is preferred.
• OSHA requirements understanding is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, and following up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with leasing audits, walk units, and turnover processes.
