Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a multi-site property. You will conduct tours, qualify prospective residents, sign leases, and perform leasing paperwork while upholding Fair Housing standards and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
