Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service skills to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tours, leasing paperwork, lead follow-up, and collaboration with marketing to meet leasing goals. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits/turns.
