Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site presence and strong customer service.

You will show units, greet prospective residents, complete leases, and maintain leasing data. The position includes coordinating marketing efforts, answering inquiries promptly, and supporting retention programs alongside the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, tours, and turn process.
