Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong resident retention and customer service skills to support a positive resident experience and long-term occupancy.
• Experience with leases and lease administration to manage lease documentation, applications, renewals, and compliance.
• Clear and professional communication with residents, prospects, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule/perform property tours.
• Explain lease terms and guide prospective residents through the application and move-in process.
• Prepare and process lease documents; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Support resident retention efforts by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining occupancy targets.
