Job summary

Role Description

The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, focused on supporting leasing operations and resident relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective residents through the application and move-in process. The role involves preparing and processing lease documents, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating closely with property management and maintenance to ensure a positive resident experience. The Leasing Specialist also supports resident retention efforts by addressing concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service, and helping to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills to support a positive resident experience and long-term occupancy.
• Candidates should possess experience with Leases and Lease Administration to manage lease documentation, applications, renewals, and compliance accurately.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in residential property management, real estate, or leasing is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with property management or CRM software are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leasing certifications are a plus.
