SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant on-site to greet prospects, identify housing needs, and present the property benefits to secure leases. You will support resident relations and handle administrative duties to keep operations smooth and occupancy high.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with weekend and holiday availability. Knowledge of property management systems is a plus; training will be provided.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days).
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in events; support resident relations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with lease renewals, notices to vacate, and inquiries; document interactions.
• Support daily administrative tasks and reporting for the property team.
