SunRidge Management Group seeks a Leasing Consultant for an on-site role at our apartment community. You will greet prospective residents, highlight features, and guide tours to secure lease agreements. You’ll support resident relations, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing files.

Weekend and holiday availability is required to meet occupancy goals and deliver exceptional service. You'll play a key role in maintaining resident satisfaction, collaborating with the Property Manager,

Competenze

1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi or OneSite) preferred.

Mansioni

Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
Present features and benefits including floor plans and amenities.
Process applications and lease documents per standards and guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident events.
Promote outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
Assist with lease renewals, notices to vacate, and satisfaction efforts.
Respond to inquiries and service requests promptly.
Support retention initiatives and foster a welcoming community.
