South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our on-site team in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to drive occupancy and maximize revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will conduct tours, follow up with leads, and build relationships with residents and staff, with an emphasis on safety, reporting, and meeting property standards.

Competenze

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• Must be able to work on-site five days a week and flexible schedule.
• Professional appearance and strong communication with residents.

Mansioni

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct tours, show model homes, and highlight community benefits.
• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Maintain waiting lists and report updates per policy.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and resident retention initiatives.
