Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our on-site team in Jacksonville, FL. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction, while guiding tours and assisting residents throughout the lease term.

The role is full-time and on-site five days a week, with weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication and computer skills, plus knowledge of Yardi or similar software, are preferred.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs.
• Professional appearance and on-site work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing amenities and model homes.
• Think safety first and address unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff.
• Assist with resident retention and post-move-in service.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
