Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at an on-site community. You will lead tours, engage with prospective residents, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs while ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.

The role requires on-site work five days a week, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week.
• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing residents’ needs and amenities.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff, residents, and maintenance.
• Assist with resident retention by providing ongoing customer service post-move-in.
• Maintain property waiting list and reports in accordance with policy and HUD/Agency regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Process work orders and assist with day-to-day operations.
