South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional in Jacksonville, FL to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This role is on-site with a flexible schedule and offers apartment discounts.

You will deliver exceptional resident service, guide tours, process applications, and manage lease paperwork while staying informed about market competition and reporting regularly to the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs.
• Knowledge of Yardi or other industry software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and future residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and complete lease paperwork.
• Present community and specific apartments, communicating features and benefits.
• Update online advertising and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
• Ensure safety and report any unsafe conditions to maintenance.
• Engage with residents to encourage renewals and positive relations.
• Maintain a professional image in all resident interactions.
