The role includes coaching the leasing team, reporting progress to the Community Manager, and ensuring compliance with leases and safety standards. A strong customer focus and property-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, people-focused personality with strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organization and conflict-resolution abilities.
• General understanding of Fair Housing and property management practices.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management or multifamily leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartment homes and support marketing/outreach initiatives.
• Drive resident retention and ensure a welcoming, polished community.
• Coach, develop, and manage leasing team; report progress to Community Manager.
• Represent the community professionally and enforce leases and safety standards.
• Maintain CRM, complete leases/renewals, and monitor market trends.
