Job summary

SunRidge Management Group, a leading multifamily property management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site, full-time role. You will welcome prospective residents, identify housing needs, and professionally present the property's features to close leases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide them through tours of available apartments
• Present floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings to prospects
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager
• Support resident relations and daily administrative tasks
