Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the primary sales and customer service representative for the apartment community in a on-site setting. You will greet prospects, identify housing needs, and professionally present the property to secure lease agreements.

The role also covers resident relations and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and high resident satisfaction, with a requirement to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• New Development Experience, Tax Credit, and Class A or B leasing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance (or training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi/OneSite) preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans and amenities.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards and guidelines.
• Maintain market knowledge and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident/community events.
• Promote outstanding customer service and support resident communications and renewals.
• Document interactions and maintain leasing files and logs.
• Assist with property inspections and daily administrative tasks.
