SunRidge Management Group seeks a Leasing Consultant for an on-site position. You will greet prospects, present apartment features, and guide tours to secure lease agreements while supporting resident relations and administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate lease documentation, and strong teamwork with the Property Manager and on-site staff in a multifamily community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in LIHTC/Section 8 and multifamily housing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, including floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Participate in outreach marketing and resident/community events.
• Support resident relations and communications, lease renewals, and notices to vacate.
