SunRidge Management Group Inc. is hiring a Leasing Consultant for an on-site apartment community. You will greet prospects, assess housing needs, and professionally present features to secure leases while supporting resident relations and daily operations.

The role emphasizes achieving occupancy goals, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and representing SunRidge’s service standards with a strong customer-focused approach. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly and guide them through tours of available apartments.
• Present community features, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident and community engagement events.
• Promote outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with resident communications, renewals, notices to vacate, and satisfaction efforts.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Support retention initiatives and foster an inclusive community atmosphere.
• Accurately complete lease files, guest cards, and verifications; follow-ups.
