Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary sales and customer service representative for the apartment community. On-site role requiring weekend availability, you will greet prospects, present features, process applications, and support daily operations.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals, maintain resident satisfaction, and promote a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi/OneSite) preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours.
• Present floor plans and amenities to prospects.
• Process applications and lease documents.
• Maintain leasing and marketing records and reports.
• Collect rents and issue receipts as requested.
• Support Property Manager with daily administrative tasks.
