Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the primary rental and customer service representative for the apartment community. This on-site, full-time role involves greeting prospects, presenting property features, processing applications, and supporting daily operations to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

You will work split between two locations, require occasional weekend/holiday availability, and report to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in Low-Income housing and multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi or OneSite) preferred.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in events.
• Promote outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, notices to vacate, and resident satisfaction efforts.
• Document interactions using proper logging procedures.
