Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9: teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, youth programs.
• At least 2 years of reading instruction in grades K-3 within last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training: LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, or similar; or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions with small groups.
• Drive students to weekly app goals using gamification.
