Job summary

Crossover is hiring a Learning Coach to support K-3 students through app-based core learning on-site at Alpha campuses. You will diagnose decoding gaps, design short intervention sequences, and track progress with weekly app goals.

The role emphasizes day-long student interaction, structured literacy sessions, and continuous coaching of teachers and cohorts. Candidates must be able to relocate and work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9
• Experience teaching reading in K-3 preferred
• Structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading/literacy required or beneficial

Responsibilities

• Coaches students through app-based core learning and identifies gaps
• Runs short, structured literacy sessions with small groups
• Leads morning launch and campus routines to support student progress
• Drives students toward weekly app goals using incentives and leaderboards
• Stays with students through lunch and closing to address challenges
