The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 4+ years in operations or process improvement, with strong data analysis and communication skills. On-site collaboration and continual improvement are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage change and drive results in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Design and implement improved workflows and SOPs across departments.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
• Develop and track performance metrics to monitor efficiency and trends.
• Collaborate with team leaders and staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new processes or technologies.
