Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analyses, and layout planning.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to identify waste and improve quality.
- Develop and manage project plans for process improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analyze operational data to develop forecasts and monitor performance.
