Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and waste.
• Analyze operational data to determine root causes and drive improvements.
• Design and document improved process workflows.
• Develop and test process changes, including pilots before full rollout.
• Build business cases with cost/benefit analysis for improvements.
• Establish metrics to monitor performance post-implementation.
• Support capacity planning and throughput modeling.
• Collaborate with automation and IT when changes involve systems or equipment.
