• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration is required.
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience.
• 1+ years of Management Experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all services meet or exceed contract expectations.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors as business needs require.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and solutions.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and supply needs across assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation, quality reports, and operational records using CRM and company systems.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and account performance while maintaining profitability.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit client locations, conduct inspections, and support field operations.
