City Wide is seeking an On-Site Manager in Ocala, FL to lead field operations and nurture client partnerships. You will oversee service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and coach Night Managers and Independent Contractors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while ensuring contract compliance and quality. Travel within the territory to visit client sites and expand service opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Driver's License in Good Standing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to meet contract expectations.
• Resolve client concerns quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts for compliance and service quality.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships with additional services.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and supply needs across accounts.
• Maintain documentation, quality reports, and records using CRM and systems.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounting for seamless delivery.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Travel throughout the territory to visit client locations and support operations.
