Job summary

City Wide is seeking an On-Site Manager in Ocala, FL to lead field operations and nurture client partnerships. You will oversee service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and coach Night Managers and Independent Contractors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while ensuring contract compliance and quality. Travel within the territory to visit client sites and expand service opportunities.

OBJECTIVE

The On-Site Manager maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that will nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
