Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

The role is on-site and live-in, requiring a minimum 6-day/70-hour work week and a commitment to high standards in sanitation and guest satisfaction. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and room & board are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Leadership, cooking, able to navigate iPad, identify Big 9 Allergens, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding minimum 6-day/70-hour week.
