Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at on-site summer camps across the country. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety and sanitation at a high-volume setting.

This is an on-site, live-in position with a demanding schedule. You will live on-site for the contract duration and lead a dynamic camp dining operation while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting; serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
